Associate Attorney The candidate Should have Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.). Must be licensed in state of Texas. Should preferably have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Should have experience working in a fast pace, high volume, high file environment. Experience in the Creditors Rights or Collection fields strongly preferred. Must have ability to navigate local legal system, appear multiple times per week in court. Experience creating persuasive communication materials is required. Subrogation or insurance experience a plus. Strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action and determine next steps are required.
