Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft discovery request's and answers. Draft stipulations, orders, motion's to compel, motion's for show cause, notice's of IME. Redact claim files. Proces's and follow up on authorization's for the receipt of medical, employment, worker 's compensation, disability, tax, union, educational and other records. Communication's with experts, including IME doctors, in particular the selection of material's to be sent to experts. Prepare records, review and prepare exhibits, and trial preparation. Review, analyze and organize document production's by opposing partie's and co-defendants. Review file for outstanding discovery in preparation for court appearances, pleadings, deposition's and trial preparation. Determine, prepare and organize material needed for expert witnes's review. Assemble chronologie's of key documents. Manage document's and organize case files. Trial preparation, including determination and preparation of exhibits, witnes's materials, and pre-trial filings. Prepare supportive material's for mediations. Facilitate ESI collection and review. Prepare material's and exhibit's for depositions. Bachelor''s degree i's required. Should have 3+ year's experience a's a litigation paralegal in a fast paced, high volume, team oriented environment. Experience with pretrial discovery, hearings, arbitration and trial preparation's i's preferred.
