Title : Tax Attorney

Tax Attorney The candidate will be helping clients with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing and indirect tax and other international taxation needs. Will be responsible for growing the International Tax practice by providing practical tax advice to clients, building relationships with existing clients, and expand the local practice. In this role, the Attorney will be expected to have marketable technical skills and have a proven track record of being a problem solver and maintain client relationships. Should be admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction. Admission to Texas Bar, preferred. LL.M. and/or MST/MBT, required. should preferable have 2+ years of prior experience in corporate tax, international tax or legal professional services. Experience in International Tax, preferred.
