Personal injury attorney The candidate should be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class; Be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida; & Litigation experience (3 years or more). Will be managing full case load from case inception to post-trial, Conferring with clients, Drafting demands, Negotiating settlements, Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law, Attending depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Must be proficient in Lexis Nexis, MS Word and Excel.
