Title : Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be working closely with attorneys and clients to accomplish's ubstantive, client matter-related projects and tasks. The candidate's hould have Bachelor's degree and/or NC Paralegal Certification. Must have 3+ years of experience's upporting a commercial real estate practice group in a law firm. Experience ordering title commitments, reviewing title commitments, addressing's atisfaction and resolution of title requirements and title exceptions and reading ALTA's urveys and recorded plats. Experience coordinating commercial closings, calculating and managing critical dates as required for commercial real estate transactions, maintaining checklists and drafting closing's tatements (SoftPro/ProForm a plus). Experience working with transactions outside of NC (preferred).
