Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate will manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. Should have a J.D. degree and be licensed in state of Texas. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation with 1-2 years of experience in the creditors' rights or collection fields. Subrogation or insurance experience a plus.
