Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the practice area of Civil Litigation. Experience in this area is highly preferred. Will work directly with our attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in research and fact-finding projects and be responsible for maintaining and tracking all assigned case files. Utilize existing files and other research resources to develop information for pending cases. Maintain case file indexing system active archive for all ongoing and completed cases. Create documents & reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests. Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions and other case filings. Must have strong research and report-generating skills. Courteous & professional written and oral communication skills required. Must be competent at using Microsoft Office. Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent highly preferred. Industry recognized certifications a plus. Should have 3+ years experience in Civil Ligation.
