Paralegal - Corporate Law The candidate will be maintaining excellent client communication, drafting and/or finalizing correspondence, assisting with drafting, and finalizing definitive agreements and buy-sell agreements, general filing, and processing of business forms for various entities (corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships), and related filings with state offices. Should be certified paralegal with 2-5 years of prior legal experience in a corporate/business law environment, with emphasis on multi-party complex transactions, including mergers/acquisitions, finance, real property, etc..
