Seeking Associate Attorney, Litigation with 1+ years' experience in collection litigation. Candidate will handle: Breach of contract, fraud, theft of services on behalf of public authorities. Will include: Handling a file from beginning to end, working with paralegals and collection assistants on matters. Drafting pleadings, motion, judgments and judgment enforcement. Negotiating settlements. Should be admitted to NYS Bar.
