Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will be: Drafting complaints; Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Drafting and opposing motions; Selecting and designating experts; Preparing trial documents, including motion in limine. Should be a first-year attorney or recent law school graduate (preferably awaiting bar exam results). Must have 2+ years of prior experience in personal injury litigation. Knowledge of orthopedic injuries is required. Bilingual in Spanish and Needles experience are huge pluses.
