Paralegal The candidate must have 5 years of litigation experience, particularly in No-Fault/Third Party auto and personal injury cases. Must be qualified to handle a fast paced environment with a heavy work load while supporting multiple attorneys in a wide variety of insurance defense cases as well as possess familiarity with legal terminology, state and federal court filing rules, and law office protocol. Experience with e-filing, drafting legal documents to include but not limited to motions and discovery, obtain and manage medical records, schedule Independent Medical Exams and expert depositions, proficient in billing time and be well versed in casualty, automobile or insurance defense litigation with trial experience is required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs along with Aderant Total Office and/or other law practice management software programs.
