Paralegal / Small Office Administrator The candidate will be drafting pleadings and correspondence. Will be managing paper and electronic dockets. Recording time and tasks of the attorney. Assisting in trial preparation. Managing client files and client contact. Conducting legal research. Billing. Accounting management. Answering incoming calls, managing e-mail correspondence, physical and electronic file maintenance, and handling clerical tasks. Must type at least 65 wpm. Should be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Must have 5+ years of experience. Working knowledge of court filing systems, case management software, legal terminology is preferred. Missouri Notary Public Commission license Is required.
