Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Completing and reviewing bankruptcy applications with clients. Preparing initial drafts of bankruptcy filings. Performing bankruptcy searches on various databases. Daily communication with clients regarding new bankruptcy filings and dismissals. Assisting attorneys with various bankruptcy motions. Requesting ledgers from clients and reviewing compliance with payment plans. General case administration and document management. Should have 3+ years of previous experience working as a paralegal/legal assistant in a bankruptcy law department. Must be familiar with Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 filings. Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. Bachelor s degree preferred.
