Residential Closing Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for representing residential real estate buyers and sellers in closings. Should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task, and be dedicated to providing a sophisticated level of service through being proactive and responsive. New York Bar Admission is required, New Jersey or any other state admission is also a plus. Portable business is likewise a plus. Must have 1+ years of experience in residential and/or real estate law. Excellent research, writing, oral communication skills, leadership, and business development skills required.
