Attorney, Immigration The candidate will prepare asylum and SIJ applications and appear in NY Family court, asylum office and immigration courts. Will meet with clients, prepare statements, motions, asylum declarations. Prepare clients for individual hearings. Draft appeals to BIA. Must have 3 years of experience. Should have good writing skills and compassion for children in crisis. Must be admitted to NY Bar. Spanish skills are needed.
