Legal Secretary - Workers' Compensation The candidate will be responsible for fielding phone calls from clients and other attorneys; drafting of various legal documents; review of attorney s mail and maintenance of attorney s calendar; scheduling of client appointments, deposition and doctors appointments; maintenance of case files, including set-up, tracking documentation and closing, etc. Previous workers compensation experience is preferred. In addition, applicant must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
