Personal Injury Litigation Paralega The candidate's duties include: Handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to; Initial client contact, Intakes; Medical records request; Scheduling medical appointments; Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution; Resolving PD and loss of use; Preparing files for demand; Negotiate; Medical bill reductions and negotiations. Must have at least 1 years prior experience w/personal injury claims. Should have ability to handle Personal Injury Pre-Litigation cases (Medical Record Assistant provided). Spanish is a must. Must have type at least 60 words per minute.
