Bankruptcy, Foreclosure & Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do the preparation of foreclosure documents Complaint, Request to enter Default, Final Judgment, Miscellaneous motions. Review of title searches and loan documents. Electronic filing through courts and N.J. Bankruptcy Court. Recording documents Lis Pendens, mortgages, deeds. Scheduling appointments and hearings. Legal Research. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel. Preparation of correspondence. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 3+ years of experience as a Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Paralegal.
