Junior Employment Law Attorney The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, organization, written and oral communication skills. Should have 2+ years of experience to join the sophisticated employment and labor law practice. Should have experience handling various aspects of an employment law practice, including legal research, drafting pleadings on an independent basis, handling discovery, depositions, and oral arguments. Must be comfortable with handling all phases of litigation. Experience in an employment law group at a large law firm or an employment law boutique firm is preferred.
