Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft motions and legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals. Previous experience in immigration law is essential. Familiarity with various legal documents and criminal proceedings including diversion program, and pre-trial intervention is essential. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential. Florida Bar Member In good standing is essential. Must have 2+ years of experience.
