Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, request for production, request for admissions;. Journal deadlines for responses and monitor for timeliness. Will prepare deposition and medical record summaries. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, chronologies, deposition and/or trial binders for use by attorneys. Investigate facts as requested by attorney, including experience in advanced social media and internet investigation. Must be experienced in personal injury and wrongful death civil litigation for our Jacksonville, Florida office with a background in Florida, Georgia and/or Federal cases. A paralegal certificate or applicable Associate or Bachelor s degree is required. Justice Association membership, Registration and/or other leadership experience in the field will be rewarded. Must be experienced with trial preparation. Must have knowledge of Florida and/or Federal and/or Georgia Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence and Rules of Professional Conduct, Knowledge of personal injury, civil rights and/or wrongful death cases;. Continuous review and management of case files; Working knowledge and experience of e-Filing in both State and Federal Court system.
