Legal Secretary - Paralegal The candidate should be an experience-rich litigation secretary or paralegal for a full-time position. Bachelor Degree required. Should have: A bachelor s (BA) degree; Experience with Clio, Dropbox, and, other office productivity software; Strong legal research skills especially Lexis Nexis and Westlaw; Eagle-eyed proof-reading skills; An ABA approved paralegal Certificate; Self-Starter; Strong Team Player. The primary tasks that experience-based paralegal would be responsible for: Case management; Litigation support; Familiar with assisting attorneys through the litigation process; Document Review; Document Production; Preparing Exhibits; Calendaring; Drafting factual summaries; Drafting various office correspondence; Conducting legal research; Filings and office organization; And other administrative duties as needed on the firm s behalf.
