Plaintiff PIP (Personal Injury Protection) Paralegal The candidate will be scheduling hearings and depositions with opposing counsel, judicial assistants and clients. Preparing and responding to multiple discovery requests and procedural motions. Communicate with clients regarding the cases. Organizing and aiding Attorney's files from pre-suit to trial. Analyze pip demand letter responses. Must have 2 + years of prior PIP experience in a law firm. Should have experience with Florida e-filing portal system. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
