Washington office seeks a litigation technology support specialist with 4+ years of litigation support experience in a professional services firm. Responsibilities include helping create and maintain litigation databases, using Concordance/Opticon, importing and exporting data, assisting with electronic document productions, supporting litigation technology end users, assisting with trial preparation, and provide software training. Bachelor's degree and prior law firm experience is a plus. Experience with the following software applications is a must: Concordance/Opticon and LiveNote. Knowledge of other litigation support applications is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact well with all levels of the organization are needed. Good working knowledge of computer systems is also required.
