Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle brief writing and written discovery in elder abuse, personal injury and/or FEHA and employment cases. Should have 3 years of experience handling civil litigation (preference given to candidates who have handled elder abuse, personal injury or employment cases (either FEHA cases or class actions or both). Must have strong research and writing experience. Experience drafting various pleadings, motions to compel, complex motions including but not limited to summary judgment or class certification motions is required.
