Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Legal research, drafting of motions, preparation of discovery. Taking and defending depositions. Review and approve documents through litigation life cycle. Attend court hearings throughout the state. Develop strategy for cases from inception through trial. Work with senior attorneys to enhance process and quality of work. Juris Doctor Degree required. Should have 1+ year civil litigation experience including: Preparation and drafting of pleadings; Participation in all phases of the discovery process; Handling of jury and non-jury trials. Demonstrated record of analyzing complex legal problems, interpreting statutory provisions, and developing litigation strategies. Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
