Medical Malpractice Paralegal Responsibilities: Case and discovery management; medical records acquisition; organization; summarization; factual and legal research; coordination with clients and medical staff/experts; mediation/trial preparation; and trial attendance. Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience. Candidate must be experienced medical malpractice paralegal. Must have a four year undergraduate degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. Should have 3-5 years of litigation defense experience. Each applicant should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to work independently and with other team members.
