Senior Settlement Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing demand packages prepared by paralegals to determine case standing prior to negotiations. Negotiating claims with adjusters. Communicating with medical providers, collections officers, subrogation offices, etc. for attorney-directed negotiations/resolutions on accounts. Finalizing personal injury settlements and distribution documents. Acting as a liaison between the personal injury paralegals/attorneys and the accounting department to expedite the settlement process. Mentoring personal injury department in all aspects of case management. Prior experience with Needles case management software preferred. Must be knowledgeable of case processes from inception through settlement. Able to handle a large volume of cases.
