Pre-litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of Personal Injury plaintiff experience. Must have experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients. Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation is needed. Experience with complex, high-volume cases is required. Must have experience with case management systems.
