Associate Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate must have already passed the Pennsylvania Bar. Must already live in Pennsylvania. Must have a 3+ years of personal injury experience. Must have experience taking and defending depositions. Must have experience propounding and answering written discovery. Proficiency required with Microsoft Word, Outlook, office equipment such as copier/scanner, etc. Must be self-sufficient in word processing. Must be able to work with little to no supervision. Must know how to litigate a case from start to finish and not need someone to tell you what is needed to move the case along. Must be productive and produce high quality work product. Must conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Must be a team player. Professional attire required.
