Civil Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury and Mass Torts The candidate will assist in all aspects of plaintiffs' side civil litigation. Our California office primarily represents survivors of childhood sexual abuse seeking justice against the organizations who failed to protect them. Should have 1+ years of civil litigation experience. Professional appearance and demeanor are needed. Experience in personal injury litigation, mass torts, or medical malpractice is preferred. Knowledge of the local court rules of counties throughout California is needed. Knowledge of California pleading and response deadlines are required. Knowledge of discovery protocols and deadlines are needed. Excellent communication skills are essential. Should be well organized. Should be detail Oriented. Critical thinking skills are required. Proficiency in common computer programs is needed.
