Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working as a mass toxic tort Litigation Paralegal. Will be responsible for assisting a dynamic team of attorneys specializing primarily in toxic tort/asbestos litigation. Bachelors degree required. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Proficiency in Office 2010 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. One to three(1-3) years prior experience in a legal assistant/paralegal position in a legal setting is preferred. Ability to relate well to people on all levels of the organization (written and verbal). Must have excellent organization skills to handle more than one activity at any one time. Must perform duties in a neat and orderly fashion. Work to meet frequent deadlines.
