Seeking Personal Injury Paralegal with 1+ year of experience. The candidate with a combination of pre-litigation and some litigation experience are preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of the pre-litigation (no fault, claim investigation, lost wages, IMEs, gathering medical records etc), be able to monitor clients' treatment. Must speak Spanish. Knowledge of TrialWorks a plus. Requires an independent work discipline. Must be diligent, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
