Employment Law Associate Attorney The candidate must have strong legal writing and research skills, very strong attention to detail, and experience with discovery, drafting of motions, and assisting with depositions and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Employer-side litigation and counseling experience preferred. Strong academic credentials are required and judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Must have litigation experience. Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be an active member in good standing of the Missouri or Kansas Bar.
