Litigation Attorney The candidate must have Juris Doctorate. Admission to Rhode Island Bar required. Must have advanced knowledge of applicable legal procedure. Admission to Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite helpful. Should have 3+ years experience with civil litigation. Must possess a broad range of legal and communication skills. Must be able to maintain an active and heavy caseload of files in the areas of borrower-lender relations, foreclosure law, real estate law, landlord tenant, banking law, fair debt, and truth in lending, consumer protection, and numerous related fields. Frequent court appearances are necessary and a desire to be a Trial Lawyer is essential. Must have a working knowledge of civil procedure and motion practice.
