Part-Time Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will research legal issues. Will draft motions - common examples are motions to suppress, 995 motions, petitions for writ relief, in limine motions, and others. Draft opinion memorandums. Assist with trial preparation: preparation of exhibits, witness binders, examination documents, electronic files,etc. Must have super organization skills; amazing writing skills, and obsessive attention to detail to spelling, grammar, and high-quality persuasive writing. Must be able to use MS Office, DropBox, Adobe Pro. Must have experience writing motions and briefs (prefer but do not require experience is with criminal cases). Note : This is a temporary position.
