Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist with preparing and filing immigrant & nonimmigrant petitions and applications for submission to the USCIS / Department of Labor / Department of State. 2+ years of experience in business immigration law, Good understanding of H-1B, E-2, E-3, L-1, TN and J-1 visas & employment-based immigrant petitions, Very strong attention to detail, Impeccable writing, organizational and communication skills are required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are required.
