Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 1-year minimum experience in employment immigration (e.g. H1B). PERM experience is preferred. Handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing. Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing. Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills. Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
