Attorney - Government Contracts Candidate will be responsible for: Advising government contractors regarding their contracts with federal agencies, including, but not limited to, compliance and regulatory issues; drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts; counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims; and assisting clients with bid protests. Will have 3+ years of government contracts experience.
