Mid- Senior level Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. Must have substantive knowledge concerning statutes, regulations, and rules affecting family law. Experience with the Orange County Family Law bench and Bar essential. Excellent presentation and communication in court and an ability to effectively deal with paralegals and other assistants essential. Superior writing capabilities including declarations, MSC and Trial Briefs and discovery responses needed.
