Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting petitions, responding to discovery and drafting motions. Will be attending hearings. Case management. Organize and manage files. Assisting the Firms partners or other attorneys in client projects and case work through various tasks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Assess and prioritize tasks in order to forecast and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Accurately keep track of tie and expenses and assign such to the proper client. Communicate effectively and efficiently, and be able collaborate with a team. Being prepared for the unpredictability and time demands of litigation practice. 2+ years of experience is preferred. Personal Injury knowledge and experience, handling PI cases from intake to trial is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
