Litigation Attorney The candidate will prosecute eviction cases from start to finish. Will defense in municipal code litigation. Other litigation matters including foreclosure defense for associations, creditor's rights bankruptcy and general litigation. Must have license to practice law in the State of Illinois. Should have 1+ year of litigation experience. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills essential. Experience in drafting condominium governing documents a plus. Experience in real estate closings a plus.
