Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be working for a boutique business immigration law firm. Work includes preparing and filing a full range of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS. Bachelor's degree required, paralegal certificate will be considered a plus. NIV and IV employment-based immigration experience with high-volume clients preferred. Strong computer, customer, and writing skills required. Experience with INSZoom and MS Excel/Outlook a plus.
