Litigation Paralegal - Medical malpractice, Product Liability, Construction Defect The candidate will assist in the litigation related matters in assigned practice area. Must have 3+ years of civil litigation/trial experience. Similar years of Paralegal experience are preferred. Past experience with medical malpractice, product liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation and general liability is desired. Must be able to write comprehensive summaries, navigate state and federal docket systems and accurately and concisely bill time for tasks completed.
