Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate must have a proven track record of experience in a broad variety of labor and employment law and litigation matters such as assisting with the defense of employers with EEOC, NLRA, and Department of Labor Wage and Hours matters; handling issues related to the defense of ADA and ADEA discrimination and harassment; employment agreements and contracts; employee handbooks and workplace policies; and enforcing employee restrictive covenants.
