Real Estate Attorney Duties: Handle all real estate related legal issues. Draft and review contract of sale, leases, rental agreements. Review title reports and work with title company, seller, and creditor to resolve title issues. Prepare closing documents. Perform adequate due diligence investigation. Prepares resolutions and forms.
Requirements: High school or equivalent. New York Bar admission is required. Experience with lenders transaction is a must. Experience with all aspects of residential transactions, including sales, acquisitions and financing. Bilingual (English/Mandarin) candidates preferred. Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
