Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of personal injury litigation work (plaintiff or defense). Must be capable of handling all aspects of personal injury litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, interacting with lay and expert witnesses, commanding discovery, and negotiating liens. Prior deposition and jury trial experience are required. Must be a stellar advocate, a strong writer, able to communicate effectively and be extremely detailed-oriented. Suitable applicants will be able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, relish increasing responsibility, and be able to think creatively to problem solve. Should be licensed and in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. West Virginia and District of Columbia admissions are a plus. Prior litigation experience is a must and recent law school graduates.
