Civil Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will coordinate with experts, summarize discovery and medical records and assist in responding to discovery. Will conduct legal research and investigations as needed. Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial. Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience. Deadline: December 1, 2018.
