Legal Secretary The candidate will take part in growing and developing the firm. Responsibilities will include, accurately file documents in client files. Send and process invoices and manage billing to clients. File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents in a timely manner. Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls as appropriate. Schedule client meetings with attorneys in office and order supplies. Maintain office and reception and kitchen area in a neat and orderly manner. The candidate must have a 1+ years of experience as a receptionist or legal secretary. Familiarity with legal documents and terminology as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is crucial. Should be able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues. Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor along with reliability and professionalism. Must speak Spanish and have superior written and oral communication skills.
