Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate must have lateral talents in other areas of law and litigation. Experience with preparing, filing, and managing Chapter 11, 7, and 13 cases in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties and operating PACER/ECF, is required. The ideal team member would have active skills in finance, accounting, and business as these aspects of business law and business solutions are the underpinnings of successful Chapter 11 cases.
